• Using readable text sizes and strong contrast between colors
• Supporting keyboard use on every page
• Arranging pages for phones, tablets and desktop screens
• Choosing plain words and simple sentences
• Keeping forms short and giving fields clear labels

These practices guide our work on how visitors read pages, move through the site and submit information.

Areas That Still Need Work

Some parts of the website may not yet meet these guidelines. Embedded tools and content from third parties may be partly beyond our control. We check the site regularly and address problems when we find them.
